We have to admit we were a little smug when MyTheresa.com announced Clémence Poésy as the fifth lady in the website's portrait series. The French actress has been on our fashion radar (read: girl crush) ever since she rose to fame as Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter film series.

And her style inspirations and philosophies aren't less bohemian as Clémence, who swapped her surname (Guichard) in favour of her mother's maiden name, cites a roster of artists as her wardrobe muses.
"I've always been fascinated by Lee Miller. She is one of my heroes and I love Francesca Woodman. Sometimes I can just stare at the pattern in her pictures all day or the shape of one of her shirts. She created the most amazing atmospheres. I also adore Niki de Saint Phalle. I think she is a very elegant woman, and I think I would lie if I didn't say Patti Smith and Jane Birkin were also not sources of inspiration for me."
Surprisingly it is not Paris that the French native cites as her stylish homing place: "I think in Paris I dare a bit less. What I love about New York is no one cares; you can wear whatever you want. You can be as crazy as you want. So I feel freer there." How does this gentle creature go crazy, one might ask? "I tend to wear lots of hats in New York," the 31-year-old explains.

As well as citing London as her people-watching hotspot, the softly spoken Parisian divulges the pity of no longer being able to wear her most beloved wardrobe item; a perfectly shaped shirt mother Poésy gave her in the Seventies. Watch the above video and sigh.
