Hackers threaten to leak Iggy Azaleas sex tape if she doesnt apologise to Azealia Banks
IGGY Azalea has responded to the Anonymous hacker group who have threatened to release her sex tape if she doesn’t apologise to New York-raised rapper Azealia Banks.
The 24-year-old Fancy rapper took to Twitter today and tweeted a number of times about suggestions that she should say sorry to Banks for their ongoing public feud.
Azalea simply said “trolling” her account was a waste of time, adding “how you feel about me blending musical genres together doesn’t bother me.”
On Friday, the Anonymous group posted messages on Twitter, from the handle @TheAnonMessage, demanding Azalea take action.
“@IggyAzalea, you have exactly 48 hours from now to release a statement apologising to @AzealiaBanks and the protesters in NYC…,” reports Us Weekly.
“You are guilty of misappropriating black culture, insulting peaceful protestors, and making light of Eric Garner’s death … There’s an X rated tape of you, we bet you’d certainly don’t want public, are we right? @IggyAzalea … and this is nothing. Comply or else.”
Those tweets have since been deleted and the account suspended.
A backup account emerged and tweeted, “It’s okay everyone, we’ll be back. We just have some stuff to take care of.”
Azalea has previously denied the existence of a sex tape, and has said: “Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else’s intimate moments against their will is a sex offender.”
Azalea and Banks have engaged in a bitter battle in recent weeks, specifically over race matters in America.
Last week, Banks gave an emotional interview with New York’s Hot 97 in which she criticised Azalea for not being excellent, among other things. “That Iggy Azalea s**t isn’t better than any f**king black girl that’s rapping today,” Banks said.
The Aussie rapper shot back on Twitter, blaming the 212 rapper’s “p*ss poor” attitude for her alleged lack of success. “There are many black artists succeeding in all genres. The reason you haven’t is because of your p*ss poor attitude,” she tweeted.
