153 Campbells Cove Rd, Werribee South, for sale, super boat shed for sale
A PIMPED out beach box is up for grabs in Werribee South, for a fraction of the price of those on the other side of the bay.
The ultimate boat shed — kitted out with a kitchen, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom — comes with a price tag of $145,000-$165,000 and a prime beachfront position.
Across the bay, simple Brighton boat sheds have sold for more than $330,000 and are only available to local rate payers.
Unlike those lining the blue chip foreshore, anyone can buy the Werribee South super shed.
The 35sq m shed at 153 Campbell’s Cove Rd was rebuilt five years ago after being destroyed by fire.

But despite its fancy fit-out, Barry Plant sales agent Ray Harb said it wasn’t possible to bed-down permanently at the boat shed.
“It’s like a little house, but you can only spend the day there while you go fishing or have a barbecue,” Mr Harb said.
“It’s a very popular area for swimming too.”
Local owners Clodagh and Steven Pease have owned the shed for a year and were “spellbound” when they first saw it.
“It always feels like a world away when we go there. It’s tranquil and very relaxing,” Ms Pease said.
While the Peases never spent the night at the beach box, they enjoyed meals there and the bedroom served as a handy spot for their children, Eabha, 22 months, and baby Isabelle to take naps.
“We often bring in an extra cot for the extra room,“ she said.
Mr Harb said the shed, set among a row of boat sheds along the Werribee South foreshore, was attracting plenty of attention.
“The only other boat sheds in western Melbourne are between Williamstown and Altona and they’re derelict,” he said.
“The former owners fully renovated this shed and it’s very neat, with a gas bottle and a rainwater tank as well.”
A Brighton beach box at No. 76B set a record sale price when it was snapped up for $337,000 in April.
